Luke is the Business Development Manager at Align Training, where he leads new business development and client engagement across New Zealand and Australia.
Luke brings a background in sales and marketing, holding a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Retail and Sales from Auckland University of Technology, along with certifications in digital marketing from Google and HubSpot.
With over four years of experience in sales training, Luke developed the ALIGN Conversation Framework, a practical and structured approach to consultative selling, coaching, and customer service that has become the foundation of Align Training’s programmes. He works closely with clients throughout their training journey, from initial discovery through to programme delivery and evaluation, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable outcomes.
